Provides outreach services to Eastern European residents. Most of our cases are complex and involve work with multiple agencies to support individuals or families in rural areas. Our main role is to support individuals and/or families in need, explain life in the UK to new arrivals and support professionals to understand minority residents. We help with health, housing, education, and safety. As a part of our ongoing activity, we offer interpreting and translating services, this includes working closely with the police and the NHS. Understanding the culture of the Eastern European community helps us to provide an inclusive and unique service. For further information visit:-

By being given the opportunity to speak to our local services this has opened to door to co production and meetings with directors and executive leaders. We have engaged with a range of different services to help improve the information shared with parents that have children with additional needs.
We meet every 4-6 weeks to feedback and coproduce with services and discuss other pieces of work we could be involved with over the coming weeks.
We are provided with training where required and offered opportunities to talk to teams to hear about what services are available for Parents and families.
Our time is compensated and we are supported and have inspired other projects across the country.
